Hair, beauty and aesthetics, barbers, dentists, tattoo studios, physios — anywhere a client books a particular service with a particular person. Each business gets its own booking site on its own address, in its own colours, with a deposit taken up front.

  • Your own address. yourname.bookmein.cloud, themed with your colours and type, so it looks like your business rather than like ours.
  • Deposits at booking. Take a deposit through Stripe so appointments are not held for nothing, and settle the balance later.
  • Offers that apply themselves. Ten per cent off a whole category of services, with no code for the client to remember.
  • Records where you need them. Notes against each visit, consent captured as part of booking, and photo ID where what you do requires it.

One management information system for the whole school.

Twelve modules over a single pupil record, one permission model and one audit trail: attendance, behaviour, assessment, exams, SEND, timetabling and admissions. Hosted in our UK cloud or inside your own tenancy.

  • One pupil record. Attendance, behaviour, SEND provision, medical needs, consents and documents all hang off a single record rather than three systems.
  • Permissions are the architecture. Safeguarding and SEND records are a separate access boundary, enforced at the API and logged either way.
  • A real migration path. A rehearsal migration on your own data, so mismatches surface before the start of term rather than during it.
  • Hosted where you want it. Our UK cloud or your own infrastructure — the same build either way, with no cut-down on-premise edition.

VAT-registered sole traders

VAT record-keeping for tradespeople, on your own PC.

Windows desktop software for a sole trader keeping their own VAT records: sales and expenses through the quarter, the nine-box return worked out for you, and a summary ready for your accountant. Your records are held on your own computer, not on our servers.

  • Sales and expenses by quarter. Record each sale and expense against its VAT period, with customer or supplier, invoice number, VAT rate and expense category. A period locks once its return is filed.
  • The VAT return, calculated. All nine boxes worked out from what you have recorded, so the return is a check rather than a spreadsheet exercise.
  • Where you stand at a glance. Sales, expenses, VAT due and profit for the period, spending by category and supplier, and a countdown to the next deadline.
  • Reports for your accountant. Export every transaction, or a summary of the VAT period, to Excel in one step.
  • Making Tax Digital (MTD). Coming soon Submit VAT returns to HMRC directly from TradeMate, signing in with your own HMRC account.

Our web products run in the United Kingdom and can be deployed into your own tenancy. TradeMate keeps your records on your own PC, and they never reach us.

Your data stays yours

A full export, at any time, at no charge. Moving in or out is a planned job with a procedure we will walk you through.
